1. Agreement Overview
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of software platforms provided by Digiphins Innovation Private Limited, including Digiphins.com and the flagship platform Ally BY DIGIPHINS (ally.in).
2. Pure SaaS Software Positioning
Digiphins Innovation Private Limited provides software applications and infrastructure for workforce management, candidate sourcing automation, and recruitment operations. Digiphins is not a recruitment agency, job portal, or staffing consultancy.
3. Enterprise Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
Enterprise subscription packages include guaranteed 99.9% platform uptime SLAs, dedicated account management, priority API rate allocations, and 24/7 technical incident support.
4. Intellectual Property & Brand Rights
All software architectures, codebases, AI models, trade names, and trademarks including "Digiphins" and "Ally" are the exclusive intellectual property of Digiphins Innovation Private Limited.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
